PARTIES
This agreement is between the Consultant and the Client. The Consultant provides services including writing and reviewing personal statements, scholarship essays and resumes. The Client wishes to engage the Consultant for these services.
NATURE AND SCOPE OF WORK
The Consultant will take instructions from the Client to produce the requested document. The document shall be delivered within the agreed timeframe.
CONSIDERATION
The fee for the service is payable upfront. Payment can be made through mobile money or bank transfer. The Client is responsible for any charges or taxes on the fee.
INDEMNITY AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
The Consultant is not responsible for the outcome of any application, as this is at the discretion of the Client’s chosen institutions.
VARIATIONS
This Agreement can only be modified by a written Supplemental Agreement signed by both Parties. Substantial variations, such as changes to the school, program, or type of document after the Agreement has been executed and work has commenced, will incur an additional fee.
CONFIDENTIALITY AND DATA PROTECTION
All data obtained for this assignment will be treated as confidential and will not be released or published unless required by law. The use of personal information is subject to the Client’s instructions and the Data Protection Act, 2012 (Act 843). All data will be deleted within two weeks of completing the assignment, allowing time for revisions and corrections. Success stories will only be posted with the Client’s consent, and personal information will be redacted.
TERMINATION
Either Party may terminate this Agreement by giving written notice. In the event of a breach, the Agreement will terminate immediately. Upon termination, the Consultant will refund or invoice the Client proportionally to the work done. ENTIRE AGREEMENT
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the Parties and supersedes all prior negotiations, documents, agreements, statements, and understandings.
GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana. The Ghanaian courts have
exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising from this Agreement.
